Cancellation/Refund Policy:
We require that 10% of your total stay be paid up front to confirm your reservation. This amount will be applied towards your balance when you check-out of your villa/home. Some of these villas/homes are privately owned and a fully security deposit may apply. You will be advised upon confirmation of availability if an additional security deposit is required aside from the 10% down payment.

31-60 day cancellartions: $10 cancellation fee will apply. 100% refund (minus $10) will be mailed to you within 15 days of cancellation date.

0-30 day cancellations: No refunds. This includes any security deposits made to secure your reservations.

Re-booking: There is a $20 re-booking fee if this is done 31 days or more in advance of your reservation check-in date. If re-booking occurs 30 days or less, then the 0-30 day cancellation fees will apply, plus any new deposits required to secure your new resevation.
